Gary Mangold has been helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals for more than two decades. He began his career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker/West Shell before joining Fehrman Realty in 2003, where he earned his Broker’s license and found a professional home with a local company that shares his commitment to the communities of Southeast Indiana. A lifelong resident of the region, Gary brings unmatched local knowledge and insight to every transaction. Having lived and worked throughout Southeast Indiana his entire life, he knows the neighborhoods, communities, and market trends that make each area unique. His background in a variety of professions and his extensive community involvement have helped him build lasting relationships and develop a deep understanding of the people and places that make this area special. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, families seeking their forever home, or buyers looking for recreational property, Gary is known for providing honest advice and practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs. He proudly serves Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Ripley, and Franklin counties, helping clients navigate every stage of the real estate process with confidence. Gary’s commitment to the industry extends beyond his clients. He has served multiple terms on the Fehrman Realty Board of Directors and continues to be an active leader within the local real estate community. He also works alongside his son, Josh Mangold, who began his real estate career in 2001 and has served on the Southeast Indiana Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Gary has been a strong mentor and supporter throughout Josh’s career, including celebrating his recognition as REALTOR® of the Year in 2022. A 1977 graduate of Aurora High School, Gary married his wife, Vicky, in 1978. Together they have built a strong family legacy in Southeast Indiana, with five children, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. With deep roots spanning three generations, Gary’s passion for the area is reflected in both his personal life and his dedication to helping others find their place to call home.
