

Gary Mangold started his real estate career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker / West Shell. He made the switch to Fehrman Realty in 2003 to be with a more local agency, and he then became a Broker. He has been a lifelong resident of Southeast Indiana, and is familiar with every neighborhood in the area. He has had a variety of careers and has many community connections, which has given him a unique and very in-depth perspective of this area. As a true Southeast Indiana native, Gary is able to use his combined knowledge of the area and his multiple decades of experience in real estate to honestly tell you what would be best for your family and their needs. Operating in multiple areas of real estate, Gary has worked with every type of client and property-type, including first time home buyers, investment properties, and recreational properties. He serves all of Southeastern Indiana – Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Ripley, and Franklin. Gary has served several terms on the Fehrman Board of Directors. He works as a team with his son, Josh. Josh started his real estate career in 2001, and has served on the SEIBR Board of Directors. Gary encouraged and supported Josh in his achievement of being selected as Realtor of the Year in 2022. Gary graduated from Aurora High School in 1977 and married his wife, Vicky, in 1978. He has put down solid roots through three generations of his family. They have five children, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
